The staff went out of their way to make my daughter's birthday special, even bringing balloons and a gift. The hotel was clean and very kid-friendly, and it made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in.

I had a perfect stay with wonderfully friendly front desk staff who made us feel like family, and the nearby Ivy Creek Greenway is just a short walk away, providing a scenic path for lovely strolls.

The location is perfect for shopping, right across from the mall. Enjoyed the complimentary bike rentals too.

The room was spotless and we loved the free breakfast with tons of choices, perfect for my family's morning energy! We relaxed by the outdoor pool and enjoyed some time in the leisure room, too. Just a heads up, the elevators were a little slow, but it didn’t put a damper on our stay. 😊
